My Earswick Donkey is a festive take on a Moscow Mule, and would work equally well with Plum Gin
A nice little winter warmer for the festive celebrations.
- 200ml Sloe Gin
- 60ml Lime Juice
- 300ml Ginger Beer
- Cranberries to serve
- Mix the slow gin & lime juice in a jug and top up with the ginger beer
- Pour into suitable cocktail glasses and serve with a fresh cranberry
