Cranberry Punch

IMG_2635Of course if you’re the one driving, or perhaps just a little underage for the alcoholic cocktails, an Earswick Donkey probably isn’t for you. This Cranberry Punch goes down well as an alternative

Serves Plenty


  • 200ml Cranberry Juice
  • 500ml Orange Juice
  • 600ml Sparkling Apple Juice, such as Appletise
  • 1 Lime, thinly sliced
  • 1 Satsuma, thinly sliced
  • 1 Lemon, thinly sliced
  • a handful of Fresh Cranberries
  • A few sprigs of fresh mint to serve


  • Mix together the fruit juices and fruit slices (with the exception of the sparkling apple juice) in a large jug and leave to rest in the fridge for an hour or so
  • When ready to serve, top up with the sparkling apple juice and stir in the mint
  • Serve in tumblers, over ice if preferred

  1. Drink good amount of cranberry juice as it one of the most simple and natural way of treating urinary tract infection. It prevents as well as heals the infection due to its medicinal properties. Stay away from caffeine found in coffee, tea, carbonated drinks, chocolates and many more. see more at
