I seem even less prepared for Christmas this year than ever! Knowing we had 9 hungry people again from Christmas dinner, both meat-eaters and vegetarians, I’d given the menu no thought at all, with the exception of deciding that we’d follow last year’s terrific turkey with another locally sourced free range one from our local farm shop (obviously not for the veggies…). It was only yesterday that I sat down and nailed the menu once & for all.
Now the shopping’s done and the planning underway, there’s a lot of cooking to crack on with over the next 3 days. All home made fare, Recipes to follow!
