Back to Basics


Only recently has it become apparent that I take a lot of my cookery skills for granted.  So much so that previously I hadn’t even considered it necessary to document some of my more basic ‘recipes’.  In this Back to Basics series, I’ll capture some of the recipes and components that I use all the time in my cookery, which although I believe are very simple, may seem quite daunting.  That is, until you’ve tried them for yourself.
